Trust Line is an independent helpline for internal and external stakeholders. It is a confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about the ethics, compliance, and related policies of TAMCO Switchgear.

Why should I share what I know? What can be reported?

We all have the right to work in a positive environment. With that right comes the responsibility of acting in an ethical manner and letting the appropriate people know if someone is not acting appropriately. Corporate misconduct can threaten the livelihood of an entire company.

Are reports to the Trust Line secure and confidential?

Yes, when you choose to submit a report via the web portal, the independent Compliance Hotline ensures a secure and confidential environment for the collection, storage, and transmission of the hotline reports.

Who can use Trust Line?

The Trust Line is designed for internal and external stakeholders to report any concerns related to fraud or ethical misconduct.

How does it work?

You can both share a concern or ask a question via the web portal by clicking on the icon “Access the Trust Line” below and following the steps proposed. The Trust Line ensures a secure and confidential environment for the collection, storage, and transmission of the hotline reports.

Once you submit a question or concern via the web, you will receive a report key and password, which can be used to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to the independent compliance team for review and to determine further action.

Am I protected against retaliation if I call the Trust Line?

You will not be subject to retaliation from TAMCO for any report of a suspected violation that is made in good faith, even if it later turns out to be factually incorrect. Please be aware, however, that knowingly providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated.

Do You Have Any Doubts Or Concerns?

Our Trust Line allows our employees and external stakeholders to raise any ethical concerns in line with our code of conduct. A once-raised alert is subject to a thorough and confidential investigation. The findings of the investigation are then submitted to the relevant governing committees, which decide on the appropriate actions to be taken.
