We offer various related training programmes, held either at our purpose-built K-Centre (Knowledge Centre) within Tamco's facility or at site anywhere around the world.
1. Product Related Training
These training modules relate to product appreciation, operations, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Tamco products. Programmes can be held at either our in-house K-Centre or at sites and employ These both classroom and hands-on modules. Course outlines offered would educate relevant personnel towards safe operations as well as reliability and extended life cycle of the switchgear.
2. Specialised Training Courses
Recognising diverse customers' training needs, Tamco also offers specialized and industry-specific courses such as electrical system application & design, transformer protection & fault calculation, switchgear condition monitoring and electrical safety - to name a few. These programmes are held only at our K-Centre.
In addition to regular direct visits to customers such as project owners, turnkey contractors and consultants for product updates, Tamco's Sales & Marketing team also provides design consultancy assistance on new projects or system upgrades to M&E consultants. Such service takes place during planning and design stage of the projects and considered as part of Tamco's commitment towards knowledge-sharing with their business associates rather than just direct buyers.

High quality Tamco product installed in customer network would require little but precise maintenance regime.
